He was born in Nocona, Texas, the son of Hurshel Womack,
who contributed during WWII as a welder, metal worker and
shipbuilder in Houston.
Steve acquired his interest in metal-working from his dad at an early age
and educated himself in the craft throughout his formative years.
He worked on various projects throughout the Southwest,
honing his craft throughout the years.
Born with an artistic bent, it was natural for Steve to express that
artistic inclination in metal-art.
The result is some of the most unique and one-of-a-kind art in Texas!
